Villa Manatee is a beautiful 3 bedroom villa at one of the best locations in SW Cape Coral. Located on a spacious corner lot with gorgeous views over the canals. The big lanai has a lovely pool and a spacious under roof dining area. There is an out door shower by the pool as well.

Villa Manatee was built in 1995 and totally renovated 2022/23. The Villa offers in total 1817 sq ft,  three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living room and dining area as well as a fully equipped kitchen.

The master bedroom has a King Size bed, TV, spacious walk in closet and direct access to the pool area. The master bathroom has a spacious shower, a separate bath tub, his and hers sinks and a separate toilet. The second bedroom has a Queen Size bed, TV and closet space. The third bedroom has two Twin Size beds and closet space. The two smaller bedrooms share a bathroom.

In the heart of the house you will find the spacious and open living room surrounded by the formal dinner area, the kitchen and a breakfast corner. The living room has a larger TV with DVD player including a Surround system and spacious sofa space.

The kitchen is fully equipped with full sized refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dish washer, ice-maker, everything you need for a perfect vacation. Outside in the lanai there is a gas BBQ-grill.

The villa offers high speed free WiFi if you want to use your own computer, tablet or smart phone.

The villa has a big garage with enough space to park two cars. There are 2 bicycles available as well as basic golf sets for our guests to use.
